Speakers at the Roundtable on “Geopolitical Security of Bangladesh: Perspectives on the Humanitarian Corridor.”
The roundtable was organized by the Center for Governance and Security Analysis and held at the CIRDAP Auditorium, Dhaka, on May 31, 2025.

The session was chaired by Colonel (Retd.) Md. Jaglul Ahsan, Executive Director of the Center for Governance and Security Analysis, who also presented the keynote paper. Emphasizing that the corridor is intricately linked to national security, Jaglul Ahsan stated that such decisions should not be taken unilaterally by the government. Given the current absence of a functioning parliament, he stressed the importance of engaging in open dialogue with all political parties before arriving at any conclusion.
