With a career in the Bangladesh Army marked by honor, discipline, and strategic expertise, he retired as a Colonel, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and dedication to the nation.
Beyond his military career, Colonel Ahsan has devoted himself to social welfare and community development. As the founder of Colonel’s Foundation, he has initiated various projects, including shelters for the elderly and empowerment programs for marginalized communities. His work extends to uplifting retired soldiers, equipping them with skills and opportunities for a dignified life.
Deeply passionate about youth development, Colonel Ahsan actively works to instill leadership qualities and patriotism in the younger generation. He is a strong advocate for social harmony, justice, and equity, striving to bridge gaps and create a more inclusive society.

1990Joined Bangladesh Army

1992Promoted to Lieutenant
After joining the Bangladesh Army, Colonel Jaglul Sir was promoted as a Lieutenant. In this role, he began showcasing his leadership skills, dedication, and professionalism, laying the foundation for a distinguished military career.
1994Promoted to Captain
As Colonel Jaglul Sir progressed in his military career, he was promoted to Captain. In this role, he took on greater responsibilities, demonstrating remarkable strategic thinking and leadership, further solidifying his reputation as a capable and committed officer.
1996UN Mission
